In this guided meditation, supported by live drumming and shamanic techniques, you will journey inward to reconnect with a helping spirit or inner guide you have already met. From that place of connection, you will be invited to explore healing, guidance, and support in an intentional way.

This session builds on an existing relationship with your guide. It is best suited for those who have previously attended Introduction to Shamanic Drum Journeying: Journey to Meet Your Guide, Meeting Your Inner Guide: Guided Meditation Journey with Live Drumming, or have established contact with a guide through one-on-one work with me.
