Vendor Intake Form | Lady Layre

All items must be approved before being displayed or sold in the shop

Vendors must provide an inventory sheet with item descriptions and prices (I will provide format)

Consigned items are subject to a 40% shop commission

Lady Layre reserves the right to remove or decline items that do not fit the shop’s aesthetic

Payouts are issued on the 2nd & 4th Thursday by 10pm.

Acceptance of this form does not guarantee placement

If you are accepted as a consignment vendor you are stating that you are here to make money

You understand that it is mandatory to advertise your products on your socials once/week

You understand you must come into the shop every 2 weeks to update your area
