Where are you located?

Lady Layre is located in 5600 Morganford Rd, St Louis, MO 63116. We are a physical occult shop offering products, readings, and workshops.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free street parking is available nearby. The shop is located on the corner of Morganford and Bates. Morganford is a busier street with limited parking, but Bates (just off Morganford) is typically easier and has residential street parking. Please be mindful of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways.

What are your hours?

Thursday - Sunday 2ish - 10 pm. If you show up right at 2 I may not be open yet. Please call the shop and let me know you are here at 314.496.6849
Hours may vary for events, workshops, or holidays.

Do you offer handmade or local items?
Yes. Much of the shop features handmade goods from local artists and small vendors, alongside carefully selected ritual tools and supplies.

What kind of shop is this?
Lady Layre is an occult shop focused on education, hands-on practice, and accessible spiritual exploration. We offer ritual tools, tarot readings, workshops, and unique items including oddities.

Readings

How do I book a reading?
You can book online through our booking page or inquire in-store about availability.

Do you accept walk-ins?

As I am the only person working in the shop, readings may be briefly paused if a customer enters so I can assist them before continuing.

Are readings refundable?

Readings are non-refundable. Purchasing a reading reserves time and energy, not a guaranteed outcome or interpretation. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

What should I expect during a reading?
Readings are conversational and intuitive, focused on insight, reflection, and guidance. You’re welcome to ask questions or come in with a specific focus, or we can see what comes up naturally. Each reading is different, but the goal is to leave you with clarity, perspective, and something meaningful to reflect on.

Can I be added to your divination referral system?
Possibly. If you’re a reader or practitioner interested in being considered, please submit your information through our form and we’ll review and follow up.

How do I sign up for workshops?
Workshops can be booked through our website or in-store.

Yes. Most workshops are designed to be accessible to all experience levels unless otherwise stated.

What is your cancellation policy for workshops?

Workshops may require a minimum number of participants. If a class is canceled, you will be notified and issued a refund or offered a credit.

Can I host a private event or workshop?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, most sales are final. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

We prioritize working with vendors who follow responsible and ethical sourcing practices whenever possible.

Do you offer online shopping or shipping?

Yes. You can shop select items through our website. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to submit a request through our contact form and we’ll get back to you.

Do you accept new vendors?
Possibly. If you’re interested in becoming a vendor, please submit an application through our form and we’ll review your work and follow up with you.
