Workshops that are booked when the Layre is open are booked at at $10 per person, per hour — or $50 per hour minimum, whichever is higher. This keeps things fair whether your gathering is small and cozy or filled to the brim with curious minds.

If you’d like to host your event after hours (when the shop is closed to the public), the rate is $10/person/hour or $60/hour minimum — whichever is higher. The minimum time for an after hours event is 2 hours. You will also be charged for your set up & take down times. This small increase helps cover additional time, utilities, and private access to the space.

Every approved workshop or event will be added to Lady Layre’s public events page so guests can see what’s happening in the shop. As a heads up, if your event is approved, I will need:

A short description (2–4 sentences)
Your preferred event title
Any photo, logo, or image you’d like included (Square image (1:1) - 844 x 844 pixels; Wide image (16:9) - 980 x 552 pixels). Lady Layre does have the right to reject an image & not approve the workshop until an acceptable (to Lady Layre) image is created & submitted).

If you’d like, Lady Layre can create promotional materials for your event:

💜 $30 — single event graphic sized for web and social media 💜 $80 — full promo package (event graphic + printed flyer + social media copy)

Included: One round of revisions (“tweaks”) is included with your promo package. Additional revisions will be billed at $20 per hour.Important: Even if Lady Layre creates your full promo package, you are still responsible for advertising and promoting the event to your own audience. Our materials help, but the success of your workshop depends on your outreach as well.

Ticket sales: If you want Lady Layre to sell the tickets for your event, that will be an additional $20. This is because whenever I sell tickets on my website I get charged the credit card fees, plus charges for using the website 🤯🤦🏽
