🔮Mystic Insights by Maranda is your gal! She's been a practicing medium for 5 years. She is a fantastic Medium. She is compassionate, understanding, & very insightful. She handles our dead with the utmost respect, and she will you, too.

🚶Walk-ins are welcome! Or you can purchase your ticket now to ensure your space.

🕰️To reserve your time, we will contact you before the event to get that info from you. If for some reason you don't hear from us by the day of the event, please call the shop.

🛠 Defective or Broken Items
If your item breaks due to a defect in how it was made or assembled, please contact Lady Layre within 14 days of purchase by phone at (314) 496-6849 or email at sheeran@ladylayre.com.

If the item was made by one of our vendors, Lady Layre will reach out to the vendor directly to determine the best course of action — whether that’s a return, exchange, or repair. We’ll do our best to keep you updated and make things right.

📅 Time Frame
Returns or concerns must be brought to our attention within 14 days of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to offer a resolution.

🔄 Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, a refund, exchange, or store credit may be offered.
Please note: All refunds or exchanges are subject to approval. Vendors reserve the right to decline a refund, exchange, or repair at their discretion.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they are defective:

  • Custom-made or commissioned items

  • Bath and body products

  • Essential oils

  • Spell kits or ritual-use items

  • Consumables (teas, herbs, etc.)

📸 Condition & Proof of Purchase
Returned items must be in their original condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return, exchange, or repair request.
