We want you to love what you find at Lady Layre! However, we understand that sometimes issues come up.
Please read below for our return guidelines:
🛠 Defective or Broken Items
If your item breaks due to a defect in how it was made or assembled, please contact Lady Layre within 14 days of purchase by phone at (314) 496-6849 or email at sheeran@ladylayre.com.
If the item was made by one of our vendors, Lady Layre will reach out to the vendor directly to determine the best course of action — whether that’s a return, exchange, or repair. We’ll do our best to keep you updated and make things right.
📅 Time Frame
Returns or concerns must be brought to our attention within 14 days of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to offer a resolution.
🔄 Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, a refund, exchange, or store credit may be offered.
Please note: All refunds or exchanges are subject to approval. Vendors reserve the right to decline a refund, exchange, or repair at their discretion.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Anything else that has/is able to be opened & used
📸 Condition & Proof of Purchase
Returned items must be in their original condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return, exchange, or repair request.
