Lady Layre Lending Library Policy

Effective Date: March 19, 2026

Welcome to the Lady Layre Lending Library. Participation in the Lending Library requires an active subscription and agreement to the terms below.

1. Membership Requirement

Participation in the Lending Library requires an active $5/month recurring subscription.

A valid payment method must remain on file while any item is borrowed.

Canceling a subscription does not waive responsibility for unreturned or damaged items.

2. Borrowing Terms

Members may borrow one (1) book, Tarot deck, or Oracle deck at a time.

The lending period is up to 30 days from the date borrowed.

The due date will be clearly noted at checkout.

Renewals are not available unless explicitly approved by Lady Layre.

3. Reminder Process

Reminder notices will be sent prior to any replacement charge being processed.

Failure to receive a reminder does not waive responsibility for returning borrowed items on time.

Members are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current.

4. Unreturned Items

If a borrowed item is not returned within the stated lending period, and after at least two reminder notices have been sent, the card on file may be charged the full retail replacement cost of the item.

Once charged, the item will be considered purchased.

Replacement cost is determined by the current market price required to obtain the same or equivalent edition and may differ from any printed, stickered, or previously marked price on the item.

Replacement cost may include applicable taxes and reasonable sourcing costs necessary to obtain the same or equivalent edition.

5. Damaged Items

Borrowed items must be returned in reasonable condition.

Excessive damage may result in a replacement charge at the sole discretion of Lady Layre.

6. Payment Authorization

By participating in the Lending Library, members authorize Lady Layre to charge the payment method on file for unreturned or damaged items in accordance with this policy.

7. Policy Updates

Lady Layre may update Lending Library policies from time to time.

Continued participation in the Lending Library after any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
